How to Remove (Inactivate) Personnel
We do not "delete" personnel or equipment in our application. We INACTIVATE them, so that any history tied to their record is always available and kept intact.
There are two ways to inactivate Personnel.
Update Each Person Individually
Use the Personnel Profile screen and find the Athlete you want to inactivate; then change their status from Active to Inactive. Use the same process to change an inactive athlete back to active if needed.

Update a Batch of People
On the Personnel screen, select the people that you want to inactivate. To highlight a group of people, you can highlight the first person, then hold down the Shift key and highlight the last person. You can also hold down the Control key and select individual people. Once the people are highlighted, press the 'Batch Changes' button.

The Batch Changes screen will open with the people you selected on the screen. Select "Status" as the field you want to change and "In-Active" as the new value. Then, press the "Update" button. This will make the change on the screen. Last, press the "Save" button, which will save your changes.
