Helmets: New/non-reconditioned vs Reconditioned

You should be able to change details about a new helmet you are adding to the system or a helmet that has not been reconditioned.

If it has been reconditioned, certain fields are locked down after the reconditioner has worked with the helmet. This includes Mfg, Model, Size, Mfg Date
