SCREENSHOT: How to Cancel an Item on an Order

To Cancel an item on an order, go to the Equipment Order page (on the Orders tab).

Find and highlight the order. At the bottom of this screen, select Equipment Order Detail.

Find the item you wish to cancel and select Update Equipment Order Detail.

At the bottom of that detail, you will find a Status field. Select Cancelled from the dropdown and Save.
