Manage Equipment Options

Equipment Options give you the ability to have a list of attributes that are associated with a certain equipment type. Example: Equipment Type = Gloves & Equipment Options = Padded, Not Padded

Create Your Own Equipment Options

Admin-type users have the ability to create organization-specific equipment options for any equipment type.
Under SETTINGS -> Equipment Option

On the Equipment Option screen:

  1. Click the "Search" button to see all current Equipment Options for your organization.
  2. Click the "Add" button to begin adding a new Equipment Option.
  3. In the Add window, choose an Equipment Type from the drop-down list for which you want to add Equipment Options.
  4. Type a name for your Equipment Option that will be visible on the Profile screen and Personnel reports.
  5. Click the "Save & New" button to continue adding Equipment Options for this Equipment Type. Click the "Save" button to just add one Equipment Option for this Equipment Type.

The created equipment options will be viewable in a new field on the profile screen where you can select from your options. The new field will be beneath the existing equipment-type field. 

Equipment Options on the Personnel Reports

When adding Equipment to a Personnel Report, you will have the ability to display the Equipment Option associated with that Equipment by checking the Eqpt Option checkbox.
