Package Tracking

  1. Open the Equipment Ops Mobile app.



  2. Log into the mobile app.


  3. Select 'Receive Package' from the home screen.


  4. Receive the package into the system.

    Scan the tracking number on the package. Click on the scan icon to use your image to scan the tracking number barcode.

    Click on the camera icon to take two pictures of the package. Two pictures are required.

    Then, click the Save button.


  5. Deliver a Package.

    After taking the package to the recipient, select the Deliver Package button from the Home screen.



  6. Search for the package and capture a signature.

    Scan the tracking number on the package to search for the package in the system. Take two photos of the delivered package. Type in the signee's name, then ask them to put their signature in the box.




  7. View the package in a web browser.

    Under ORDERS on the main menu, select Package Tracking. By default, this screen shows all current packages received but not delivered. If you want to see a package that has been delivered, just search for packages with a Status = 'Inactive.'






  8. View the details of a package.

    To view the details of a package, highlight the package and press the View button.



  9. Print a Package Report.

    You can print a Package Report from the View screen by selecting the Print button. This will open a report in a new browser screen where you can either download the report as a PDF file or print the report to a printer.
