Apparel Decoration

1. Select the basic item that you want to decorate. In this example, I want to decorate a long-sleeved t-shirt in the Baseball department with Style = CJ1616 and Color Code = 010.

   

2. Next, search for that Style number in your list of equipment models. From the General Equipment screen, click the Define Equipment Models button at the bottom.

   

3. Search for the model with Style = CJ1616.

   

4. Use the Add General Equipment Model button to add a new model for the decorated item. In this example, we add a similar model name and style but add a suffix to the end of the style and model name.

   

   You can also add other decorated models right now.

   

   
   
   

5. You can add the newly decorated items to your inventory using the "Add Equipment" button. When you search for the Equipment Model, all three models (the base model and the two decorated models) are available.

   

   In my example, I added five of the Primary1 and four of the Primary2 decorated models.

   

6. Now, we need to reduce the quantity of the base model by nine (=4+5). So, we highlight the base model and use the 'Adjust Quantity' button to do so.

   

   The previous Available Qty was 11; now it is 2.

   

Now, when you search your inventory for CJ1616, you will see the base model and each decorated model.

As you receive more base model items, they will be added to your base item. As you decorate more items, you can use the Adjust Quantity button to add to the decorated model and remove quantity from the base model.
