SCREENSHOTS: Column Freeze Function

Organize the grid columns (use Customize option) according to your preferences.

Select appropriate data (Customer Name, Salesperson, etc.) to refine your search.  Search to populate the data grid.

While rows are displayed, right-click inside the column you would like to Freeze.  A small menu will appear to Freeze Column; click to select.

Use the lower scroll bar to view data fields to the right.

To remove the Freeze function, right click to get the pop-up menu to appear and Unfreeze All.
