SCREENSHOT: Adding Parts to a Helmet

Before a user can add Helmet Parts to a Helmet, the Parts must be in the organization's inventory.  Parts are added by creating the Part Model, then adding Helmet Part to the inventory.

To Add Helmet Part Models to org's inventory:

1) Add Helmet Part Models (enter Part Type, Manufacturer, Model Name) and Save.

2) Add Helmet Parts (select Part Type, enter Manufacturer, select Part Model and Size from drop-down).  Also, enter Starting inventory (can add 999 if unknown).

Now, you are ready to Add Parts to specific helmets.

Use INVENTORY drop-down menu - select Helmets screen.  Scan helmet to retrieve Helmet ID or manually enter Helmet ID.  Then select Add/Update Helmet.

Parts are now available at bottom of Add/Update Helmet

Another option for adding New Parts to a helmet is to use the Helmet Maintenance screen. Helmet Part Models and Helmet Parts must be added as previously shown.


To see all parts assigned/unassigned to specific helmet, select View Helmet History on Helmets screen:
