SCREENSHOT: Batch Checkout Duplicate items

Batch Checkout is showing two items for each athlete:

This may be because there are duplicated items in General Inventory.

To correct this issue, the duplicated inventory items need to be merged.  (Always use the item with the most detail (UPC) as the file to save.)

Adjust the Quantity Balance on the inventory by the Qty Balance of the item you need to inactivate.

Then change the Is In Use indicator on the item with Qty Balance of ZERO to No.

Now, go back to the Batch Checkout and Verify the Checkout plan to update.  The plan should now show one item per person.
