Create Your Own Equipment Options

We added a new screen where you can list your own options for any equipment type. Admin type users will see a new screen under the SETTINGS menu called “Equipment Options”.

Once you’ve created your equipment options, you will see a new field on the profile screen where you can select from your options. The new field will be beneath the existing equipment type field.

We also added the Equipment Option field on the Personnel Reports.

Automatically set the helmet or shoulder pad status back to "Issued"

When a helmet or shoulder pad is returned from a reconditioner, if the item is still assigned to an athlete, we automatically set the status back to “Issued”.

Attach documents to a person's profile

If you open a person’s profile, you will find a new tab called “Attachment”. On the Attachment tab, you can upload files (i.e. pictures, Word files, Excel files, PDF files, etc.).

Change Personnel Reports to show Shields

We originally referred to football helmet shields as a “visor”. A few months ago, we updated the Personnel Profile screens to call it a “Shield”. Now, we’ve made the same change on the Personnel Reports screen. So, your reports can now include the Shield from the profile screen.
